ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeal is granted, without costs, and the time is extended to April 1, 2019, and it is further
ORDERED that the motion for settlement of the record is denied, without costs, and without prejudice to an application by appellant, in the court of original instance, on or before February 20, 2019, to settle the record, and it is further
ORDERED that the motion for further relief is denied, without costs.
