ORDER

Appellant was convicted of aggravated sexual assault. Appellant's brief identifies the victim by name. Accordingly, we STRIKE appellant's brief.

We ORDER appellant to file, within FIFTEEN DAYS of the date of this order, an amended brief that identifies the complaining witness either generically or by initials only. See TEX. R. APP. P. 9.10.

We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to Dante Dominguez and the Collin County District Attorney's Office.
