Action to recover damages for personal injuries. Order granting defendant's motion to open his default in appearing and to compel plaintiffs to accept a notice of appearance affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Nolan, P.J., Johnston, Sneed, Wenzel and MacCrate, JJ., concur.
