On December 27, 2021, the Court's Order was served directing petitioner to file an Ownership Disclosure Statement. On January 10, 2022, the Court's Order was returned by the U.S. Postal Service and the envelope in which it was mailed was marked "Return to Sender"- Unclaimed - Unable to Forward. On January 18, 2022, the Court called petitioner and left a detailed voicemail message to update the Court with any new mailing address. To date, no response or further update as to any new mailing address has been filed. Therefore, the Court will reserve the Court's order issued December 27, 2021, on petitioner at the address of record as well as alternative address listed in the petition and a address provided on the envelope in which the petition was mailed.
Upon due consideration and or cause, it is
ORDERED that in addition to regular service, the Clerk of the Court is directed to serve a copy of the Court's Order served on December 27, 2021, and this Order on petitioner at the alternative addresses listed in the petition. It is further
OREDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall attach to the copy of this Order served on petitioner a copy of Form 10, Notice of Change of Address. It is further
ORDERED that, on or before May 31, 2023, petitioner shall file with the Court a Notice of Change of Address. It is further
ORDERED that on or before May 31, 2023, respondent shall file a status report to inform the Court of the then-present status of this case and the best contact information available, including the address(es) of petitioner, Premier Services.
