This case is scheduled for trial at the trial session scheduled to commence on November 15, 2021, for cases where Los Angeles, California, is the place of trial. On October 19, 2021, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Failure to Properly Prosecute. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before November 5, 2021, petitioner shall file an objection or other response to respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Failure to Properly Prosecute. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Failure to Properly Prosecute, filed October 19, 2021, is set for remote hearing on November 15, 2021, at 10:00 AM (PT). Petitioner is advised that failure to comply with the terms of this Order or failure to appear at the remote hearing on November 15, 2021, may result in the Court granting respondent's motion and entering an order and decision against petitioner.
