An appeal having been taken to this Court from the order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about February 27, 2019, which denied plaintiff-appellant's motion for a preliminary injunction, And plaintiff-appellant having moved for an order, pursuant to CPLR 5518 and 22 NYCRR 1250.4(b), granting a preliminary appellate injunction pending hearing and determination of the appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and the correspondence from the attorney for plaintiff-appellant dated April 2, 2019, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion and appeal are deemed withdrawn in accordance with the aforesaid correspondence.
