ORDER
Peter J. Panuthos, Special Trial Judge
When this case was called from the October 25, 2021, Los Angeles, California remote trial calendar, there was no appearance by or on behalf of petitioner. Respondent appeared and advised the Court that she had received information that petitioner had made a full payment of the deficiency in this matter. The Court directed that the parties submit a decision document that reflected petitioner's payment.
On December 27, 2021, respondent filed a status report advising the Court that a letter and decision document was mailed to petitioner. Respondent further asserts that petitioner has not signed and returned the decision document and has been unresponsive to respondent's multiple attempts to communicate with petitioner.
The Court will direct respondent to file a further status report, if no signed settlement document is received from petitioner in the interim. Any report filed shall include a copy of the decision document sent to petitioner as stated in respondent's status report. The Court will be inclined to grant respondent's Motion For Lack of Prosecution, filed October 7, 2021, if petitioner does not sign and return the settlement documents.
Premises considered, it is
ORDERED that the parties shall, on or before, January 21, 2022, either submit a signed decision document or respondent shall file a further status report that shall include a copy of the decision document sent to petitioner on November 10, 2021.
