On May 1, 2023, respondent filed duplicate Motions to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction (Docket Index Nos. 6 and 7).

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the duplicate motion filed at Docket Index No. 6 is hereby deemed stricken from the record of this case. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before June 2, 2023, petitioners shall file an Objection, if any, to respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction filed at Docket Index No. 7. Failure to comply with this Order may result in the granting of the motion or other action as the Court deems appropriate.
