DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered July 13, 2020. Motion by the appellant Long-Island Power Authority to extend the time to perfect its appeal. Separate motion by the appellants National Grid PLC a/k/a National Grid US8 Inc., National Grid USA, Inc., Keyspan Energy Trading Services, LLC, National Grid USA, National Grid Energy Trading Services, LLC, and National Grid, PLC, to extend the time to perfect their appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motions are granted, and on or before March 21, 2022, the appellants shall serve and file the joint record or appendix and their respective briefs via NYSCEF, if applicable, or, if NYSCEF is not mandated, serve the joint record or appendix and their respective briefs and upload digital copies of the joint record or appendix and their respective briefs, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website.
