ORDER

PER CURIAM.

Appellant is represented by appointed counsel, Cynthia Rayfield-Aguilar. Appellant's brief was originally due August 28, 2023. We granted three extensions of time to file appellant's brief until January 2, 2024. When we granted the final extension, we noted that no further extensions would be granted absent exceptional circumstances. No brief was filed. We issue the following order.

Accordingly, we order Cynthia Rayfield-Aguilar to file a brief with the clerk of this court on or before February 1, 2024. If Cynthia Rayfield-Aguilar does not timely file the brief as ordered, the court may issue an order requiring appointment of new counsel.
