Judgment and order reversed, and a new trial granted, with costs to abide the event, unless the respondent, within twenty days after the service of the order entered thereon, stipulates to reduce the verdict to $2,500, in which event the judgment as so modified, and the order are affirmed, without costs of this appeal. All concurred, except Putnam, J., not sitting. No opinion.
