ORDER GRANTING STIPULATED MOTION FOR REMOVAL OF GENERATION CAPITAL ASSOCIATES, L.P. FROM THE COURT'S SERVICE LIST
Plaintiff Powerball International, Inc. ("Powerball"), defendants Lee Mogul, Drew Lanzetta and The Investor Online (collectively "TIO") and Generation Capital Associates, L.P. ("GCA"), having stipulated to removal of Generation Capital from the Court's service list, and good cause appearing therefor, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. Generation Capital is and shall be removed from the Court's service list;
2. The Court and parties to the above-captioned litigation (the "Litigation") shall no longer be required to serve copies of pleadings or otherwise give notice of the proceedings in the Litigation to Generation Capital.
3. Nothing in this Order is intended to or shall prohibit (a) the parties from seeking to join Generation Capital as a party in the Litigation; or (b) Generation Capital from again seeking leave to intervene in the event that Generation Capital believes its interests are or may be affected by the Litigation.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
