No. 05-06-00495-CR

Opinion Filed April 18, 2006. DO NOT PUBLISH. Tex.R.App.P. 47.

On Appeal from the 292nd Judicial District Court, Dallas County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. F05-61033-V. Dismiss.

Before Justices MORRIS, O'NEILL, and MAZZANT.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Susan Lynn Powell pleaded guilty to aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Pursuant to the plea agreement, the trial court assessed punishment at two years' imprisonment and a $2000 fine. The rule 25.2(d) certification, which states the case involves a plea bargain and appellant has no right to appeal and that appellant waived her right to appeal, is supported by the documents before the Court. See Dears v. State, 154 S.W.3d 610, 614-15 (Tex.Crim.App. 2005); Blanco v. State, 18 S.W.3d 218 (Tex.Crim.App. 2000). Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal for want of jurisdiction.
