PRESENT:

Respondent having moved for permission to proceed as a poor person and assignment of counsel on the appeal taken herein from a judgment of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Steuben on July 8, 2014,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Cathy Hart Powell (Felix) sworn to May 22, 2015, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affidavit of Alan P. Reed, Esq., sworn to April 27, 2015, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion for permission to proceed as a poor person is granted, and the motion is otherwise denied.
