On October 13, 2021, respondent filed a report concerning the then-current status of this case. Upon due consideration of that status report, it appearing that petitioners' tax liability for their 2018 tax year has been fully paid, it is

ORDERED that, on or before January 24, 2022, the parties shall file status reports (preferably a joint report) and therein set forth and fully discuss the then-current status of this case, including (1) whether respondent will file an appropriate motion to dismiss for lack of prosecution with respect to petitioner Robert M. Powell, Deceased, and (2) whether the parties might possibly file a proposed stipulated decision so that this case may be concluded.
