ORDER REINSTATING APPEAL

Sarah Beth Landau, Judge

This appeal was abated and remanded to the trial court to hold a hearing on appellant's bill of exceptions. In accordance with our Court's September 12, 2023 order, the trial court conducted a hearing on the bill of exceptions and has filed copies of the bill of exceptions prepared by the trial court and the bill of exceptions that was rejected. A supplemental reporter's record containing the hearing transcript and exhibits has also been filed. Accordingly, we reinstate the appeal on the Court's active docket. Appellant's brief is due within 30 days from the date of this order. See Tex. R. App. P. 38.6(a).

It is so ORDERED.
