Poweleit v. Hunter

District Court of Appeal of Florida, First District
Apr 10, 1985
465 So. 2d 594 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1985)

Opinion

No. AY-440.

March 19, 1985. Rehearing Denied April 10, 1985.

Appeal from Circuit Court, Suwannee County; L. Arthur Lawrence, Jr., Judge.

Robert P. Poweleit and Carole E. Poweleit, pro se.

J. Daniel Marsee, Lake City, for appellee.

Having considered appellants' brief and the limited record before us in this case, we find that appellants have not presented a justiciable issue for review and consequently have failed to carry their burden of showing that the trial court committed reversible error.

AFFIRMED.

SMITH, SHIVERS and WIGGINTON, JJ., concur.
