This case is consolidated with the case of Cooper v. Hargreve, No. 7308, 210 So.2d 64 (La.App. 1 Cir. 1968), decided by us this day.

For the reasons therein assigned, the judgment appealed from is affirmed, with costs to be shared equally by the parties.

Affirmed.
