WITNESSES, § 79members of association, testifying against interest of decedent. In action against fraternal benefit organization for salary due decedent as physician, following alleged wrongful discharge, members of the organization were barred by section 2 of the Evidence Act from testifying, since action was brought by administratrix of a deceased person.

Appeal from Circuit Court of Cook county; Hon. ROBERT A. MEIER, JR., presiding.

Affirmed. Heard in second division, first district, this court at February term, 1940.
