ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE

Christian N. Weiler, Judge.

On March 2, 2023, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution in this case. The motion alleges that petitioner has failed to respond to multiple letters, and phone calls from representatives of the IRS.

Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that on or before March 24, 2023, petitioner shall show cause in writing why respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution filed March 3, 2023, should not be granted and a decision entered for the amount and for the year set forth in respondent's motion.
