This case was called from the calendar of the Court's May 30, 2023 Tampa, Florida trial session. There was no appearance by on or behalf of the petitioner. Counsel for respondent appeared and was heard. During calendar call, counsel for respondent stated that a basis for settlement has been reached but has not received a signed decision from petitioner.

Upon due consideration, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that, on or before June 29, 2023, counsel for respondent shall file with the court a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution, decision documents, or a status report informing the Court of the then-present status of the case. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by the Undersigned.
