ORDER

Cary Douglas Pugh, Judge.

This case is calendared for trial at the Court's November 6, 2023, Phoenix, Arizona Special Trial Session. On May 22, 2023, respondent filed a Motion for Document Subpoena Hearing and on May 25, 2023, petitioners filed a Motion to Take Deposition Pursuant to Rule 74(c)(3). On June 14, 2023, we held a remote hearing to address these motions and the status of the case. On June 26, 2023, respondent filed a Status Report advising that "petitioners' counsel provided to respondent's counsel the documents responsive to respondent's subpoena that was issued to Ernest Jack Tatum." Respondent further stated that the "parties agree to and are willing to draft written questions to Mr. Tatum in lieu of a deposition." Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before August 15, 2023, the parties shall file status reports specifically addressing the then-present status of the parties' written questions in lieu of deposition and Mr. Tatum's responses.
