This case is currently set for trial at the Court's October 3, 2022, Phoenix, Arizona trial session. On August 19, 2022, respondent filed a Motion to Compel Responses to Interrogatories, a Motion to Compel Production of Documents, and a Motion to Review the Sufficiency of Answers or Objections to Requests for Admissions. On August 29, 2022, petitioner filed a Motion for Continuance. On September 1, 2022, we held a conference call with the parties. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby
ORDERED that, on or before September 13, 2022, petitioners shall filed responses to respondent's above-referenced motions. It is further
ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Compel Responses to Interrogatories, Motion to Compel Production of Documents, and Motion to Review the Sufficiency of Answers or Objections to Requests for Admissions are set for hearing at the Court's Washington, D.C. special hearing session to be conducted remotely at 1:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) on Wednesday, September 28, 2022. It is further
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall serve on the parties a Notice of Remote Proceeding that shall contain comprehensive instructions on how to participate in the above-referenced remote proceeding. It is further
ORDERED that petitioner's Motion for Continuance, filed August 29, 2022, is granted, and this case is stricken from the Court's October 3, 2022, Phoenix, Arizona trial session and continued, and jurisdiction of this case is retained by this Division of the Court.
The parties are advised that at the September 28, 2022, hearing the Court also will ask for the parties' views regarding scheduling this case for a future remote or in person trial.
