ORDERED that, on or before April 25, 2022, the parties shall file detailed joint status report advising the Court when they anticipate being ready for trial and the anticipated length of trial. The parties should also address place of trial, and if they expect to request a change in place of trial from Phoenix, Arizona to Washington, D.C.
