This case was continued from the Court's December 16, 2019, Phoenix, Arizona trial session and jurisdiction was retained by this Division of the Court. As directed by the Court, the parties filed a joint Status Report on July 26, 2021, advising that the parties are working together on informal discovery, and that the case is "best suited for an in-person trial next year". On July 30, 2021, the Court held a conference call with the parties. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before November 30, 2021, the parties shall file further reports regarding the then present status of this case.
