Present — Dore, J.P., Cohn, Callahan, Van Voorhis and Shientag, JJ.


Order unanimously modified by restoring the amount due for the support, welfare, maintenance and education of the children at the original sum of $20 and by changing the provisions for custody by providing that the defendant shall be permitted to have the children visit him during the summer vacation and during the Christmas holidays, on condition that he provides train and Pullman fare for bringing the children to New York City and for their return to Chicago and, as so modified affirmed, without costs. Settle order on notice providing for specific dates for the carrying out of this order mutually agreeable to the parties.
