Supreme Court of Michigan
Jun 3, 2004
682 N.W.2d 86 (Mich. 2004)

Opinion

No. 123676.

June 3, 2004.

SC: 123676, COA: 237450, Ingham CC: 99-90929-NH.

By order of August 29, 2003, the application for leave to appeal was held in abeyance pending the decision in Fulton v. Pontiac General Hospital (Docket No. 122510). On order of the Court, an order having been issued on November 19, 2003, 469 Mich. 957 (2003), the application is again considered, and it is DENIED, because we are not persuaded that the question presented should be reviewed by this Court.

Cavanagh and Kelly, JJ., would grant leave to appeal.
