POTTER, Defendant ARROWHEAD PRODUCTS CORPORATION and INDUSTRIAL MANUFACTURING COMPANY, that Defendant Arrowhead Products Corporation and Industrial Manufacturing Company are dismissed with prejudice as defendants to Plaintiff's Second Amended Complaint, pursuant to Rule 41 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
