This case is currently calendared for trial on the Court's Houston, Texas trial session, scheduled to begin March 27, 2023.

On February 23, 2023, the Commissioner filed a motion for continuance indicating that he had received information that petitioner Okley L. Post, Jr. had passed away. The Commissioner seeks a continuance to locate either Mr. Post's executor or next-of-kin. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the Commissioner's motion for continuance is granted, and this case is continued from the above-referenced trial session. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case will be retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before April 3, 2023, the Commissioner shall file an appropriate motion for the disposition of this case.
