ORDER

Patrick J. Urda Judge

On April 26, 2024, the Commissioner filed a status report indicating that petitioner's heir-at-law, Mary Joseph Post, has not been issued letters testamentary or letters of administration for the Estate of Okley L. Post Jr. We will direct the Commissioner to file recurring status reports in this case to provide updates of the proceeding in the Probate Court of Harris County, Texas. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that, on or before July 8, 2024, and every 60 days thereafter, the Commissioner shall file a status report as to the then-present status of this case. It is further

ORDERED that, in addition to regular service on the parties, the Clerk of the Court shall serve a copy of this Order on Mary Joseph Post at the following address:
