Justin D. PORTER, a/k/a Jug Capri Porter, Appellant, v. The STATE of Nevada, Respondent.


This is an appeal from a judgment of conviction, pursuant to a jury verdict, of seven counts of burglary while in possession of a deadly weapon, two counts of first-degree kidnapping with the use of a deadly weapon, four counts of sexual assault with the use of a deadly weapon, one count of first-degree kidnapping with the use of a deadly weapon resulting in substantial bodily harm, two counts of sexual assault with the use of a deadly weapon resulting in substantial bodily harm, one count of attempted murder with the use of a deadly weapon, four counts of robbery with the use of a deadly weapon, one count of first-degree arson, one count of sexual assault of a victim 65 years of age or older with the use of a deadly weapon, three counts of robbery of a victim 65 years of age or older with the use of a deadly weapon, one count of second-degree kidnapping with the use of a deadly weapon, two counts of attempted robbery with the use of a deadly weapon, and one count of battery.
