Opinion

No. 112761.

August 6, 1998.

Summary Disposition August 6, 1998:

Pursuant to MCR 7.302(F)(1), the stay granted by the Court of Appeals order dated July 30, 1998, is to remain in effect until fourteen days after the value of the corporate defendant's "net assets" has been determined by either an agreement between the parties or a ruling by the circuit judge. Jurisdiction is not retained.

Court of Appeals No. 213190.

I would deny leave to appeal and would permit defendant to seek any other relief in the Court of Appeals.
