This case is currently calendared for trial at the Court's Jackson, Mississippi trial session, scheduled to begin April 29, 2024.

On January 16, 2024, the Commissioner filed a motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction. After the Court's review, however, it appears that the motion included exhibits that involve an unrelated taxpayer. Thus, we will strike the entire motion from the record. The Commissioner may re-file another motion if appropriate. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the Commissioner's motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction filed January 16, 2024, is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record and shall be placed under seal, thus rendered not viewable as part of this case.
