This case is currently set for trial at the Court's December 11, 2023, Portland, Oregon trial session. On December 5, 2023, we held a conference call with the parties. On December 7, 2023, respondent filed a Status Report advising that the parties plan to meet on January 16, 2024, and are working together toward possible settlement. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the Court's December 11, 2023, Portland, Oregon trial session and continued, and jurisdiction is retained by this Division of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before January 31, 2024, the parties shall file further status reports regarding the then-present status of this case.
