In Re: Attorney General of the State of Louisiana, applying for supervisory writs, 19th Judicial District Court, Parish of East Baton Rouge, No. 641155. BEFORE: McDONALD, McCLENDON AND THERIOT, JJ.
WRIT GRANTED. STAY GRANTED. The trial court erred in denying the petition for a suspensive appeal filed by the Office of the Louisiana Attorney General. A suspensive appeal, in the case of any officer, board, commission or department of the state government, or any political subdivision thereof, shall be without bond. La. R.S. 13:4432 and 13:4581. See Tillman v. City of Slidell, 464 So.2d 986, 987 (La. App. 1st Cir. 1985). Accordingly, this matter is remanded to the trial court, which is ordered to grant a suspensive appeal, without the necessity of furnishing bond, to the Office of the Louisiana Attorney General.
