Populo v. State

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Fourth District
May 9, 1990
560 So. 2d 427 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1990)

Opinion

No. 90-1103.

May 9, 1990.

Appeal of order denying rule 3.850 motion from the Circuit Court for Broward County; Leroy H. Moe, Judge.

D. Populo, Belle Glade, pro se.

No appearance required for appellee.

This is the defendant's third opportunity for review here. His direct appeal was affirmed in Populo v. State, 529 So.2d 1126 (Fla. 4th DCA 1988), and his petition for writ of habeas corpus was denied on November 7, 1989 (case no. 89-1734). Finding no error once again, we affirm.

DOWNEY, GLICKSTEIN and GARRETT, JJ., concur.
