This case is currently calendared for trial during the Court's February 5, 2024, San Diego, California, trial session. On September 12, 2023, the Court served on petitioner Jennifer L. Poppleton a Notice Setting Case for Trial (Doc. 6) and a Standing Pretrial Order (Doc. 7), which were later returned to the Court by the United States Postal Service. The envelope in which the Notice and Order were mailed was marked "Return to Sender - No Such Street - Unable to Forward."
On October 25, 2023, petitioner Jennifer L. Poppleton informally provided Court personnel with the current mailing address for herself and petitioner Robert A. Poppleton. Upon due consideration, it is hereby
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall serve a copy of the (1) Notice Setting Case for Trial (Doc. 6) and (2) Standing Pretrial Order (Doc. 7) on petitioners at their current address.
