Pope v. Stough

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Fourth District
Jan 27, 1978
353 So. 2d 1198 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1978)

Opinion

No. 76-1651.

December 20, 1977. Rehearing Denied January 27, 1978.

Appeal from Circuit Court, Orange County; Maurice M. Paul, Judge.

Michael D. Jones and Kenneth D. Morse, of Jones Bishop, Altamonte Springs, for appellant.

Joseph L. Goldstein, of Mateer, Harbert, Bechtel Phalin, P.A., Orlando, for appellee.

We have studied the briefs and record in this case and find no reversible error demonstrated by the points raised on appeal. Our review of the record indicates to us that appellant adduced evidence in support of his legal position and that the trial court on controverted evidence decided the issue against appellant.

Accordingly, the judgment appealed from is affirmed.

AFFIRMED.

ALDERMAN, C.J., and DOWNEY and ANSTEAD, JJ., concur.
