Opinion

Case Nos. SC02-1141; SC02-1833.

April 11, 2003.

Lower Tribunal No. 81-3047-CF

These causes are before this Court on Thomas Dewey Pope's third motion for postconviction relief and second petition for writ of habeas corpus. After consideration, we hereby affirm the trial court's denial of postconviction relief. See Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850(f). We also deny Pope's petition for writ of habeas corpus.

It is so ordered.

WELLS, PARIENTE, LEWIS, QUINCE, CANTERO and BELL, JJ., concur. ANSTEAD, C.J., while I agree with the result I believe it should be accompanied by an opinion.
