This case was originally calendared for trial at the Trial Session of the Court scheduled to commence on November 13, 2023, in Detroit, Michigan. By Order of the Court dated September 9, 2023, this case was continued and jurisdiction was retained by this Division of the Court.

On January 11, 2024, the parties filed with the Court a Joint Status Report. The parties informed the Court that they believe additional time will result in either a settlement of this case or a narrowing of the issues for trial. The parties informed the Court that they will continue to cooperate in the exchange of information and documents, and will provide the Court additional information regarding the status of this case as directed.

For cause, it is

ORDERED that, on or before April 29, 2024, the parties shall file with the Court a further status report, informing the Court of the then-present status of this case.
