On March 10, 2023, respondent filed in the above-docked matter a Motion for Leave to File Out of Time Response to First Supplement to Motion To Restrain Assessment or Collection or To Order Refund of Amount Collected (Docket Entry #16) and simultaneously lodged therewith the corresponding Response to First Supplement to Motion To Restrain Assessment or Collection or To Order Refund of Amount Collected (Docket Entry #17). The motion explained that the delay had ensued in awaiting the processing of corrective requests.

The premises considered, it is

ORDERED that respondent's just-referenced Motion for Leave to File Out of Time Response to First Supplement to Motion To Restrain Assessment or Collection or To Order Refund of Amount Collected, filed March 10, 2023, is granted. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall file respondent's Response to First Supplement to Motion To Restrain Assessment or Collection or To Order Refund of Amount Collected, lodged March 10, 2023, at Docket Entry #17, as of the date of this Order is served. It is further

ORDERED that the copy of such response prematurely filed March 10, 2023, at Docket Entry #15, shall be deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case.
