This case is calendared for trial at the session of the Court scheduled to commence on April 18, 2022, for cases in which Miami, Florida, is the place of trial.

On March 3, 2022, the Court granted respondent's Motion for Document Subpoena Hearing and scheduled this case for hearing on the status of the case at the Court's March 23, 2022, Washington D.C., special hearing session to be conducted remotely at a date and time certain of 1:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) on Wednesday, March 23, 2022.

On March 17, 2022, respondent filed a Status Report in which respondent represents that the requested information was received from the third parties Discover Bank. Consequently, respondent requests that the Court strike this for hearing from the Court's March 23, 2022, special hearing session, now that the requested information has been received. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that this case is hereby stricken from the special hearing session of the Court scheduled to commence on Wednesday, March 23, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. (Eastern Time). It is further

ORDERED that respondent shall notify the third parties Discover Bank, that participation in the Court's remote proceedings scheduled for March 23, 2022, is no longer necessary. 1
