Bryan Pope, Jr., an infant by his parent and natural guardian, Bryan Pope, and Bryan Pope, individually, Plaintiffs-Appellants, v. American United Transportation II Inc., et al., Defendants-Respondents.


An appeal having been taken from an order of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, entered on or about June 4, 2014, And defendants-respondents having moved to dismiss the appeal for failure to timely perfect (M-5273), And plaintiffs-appellants having moved for an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal (M-5791), Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motions, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion to dismiss the appeal is denied (M-5273). The motion for an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal is granted to the extent of enlarging same to the June 2017 Term (M-5791).
