On August 6, 2021, the Court entered its Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction due to petitioner's failure to pay the filing fee, and this case was closed. On September 9, 2021, petitioner submitted a check for the filing fee. For cause, it is

ORDERED that the Court's Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction, entered August 6, 2021, is hereby vacated and set aside. It is further

ORDERED that the time within which petitioner shall file a proper amended petition, is extended to October 22, 2021. See Tax Court Rule 331(b). If, by October 22, 2021, no amended petition is received, the Court may dismiss this case for lack of jurisdiction.
