The Court has this date granted Appellant Melissa Jean Pool's Motion for Leave to Withdraw Appellant's Brief on the Merits and Submit a Substitute Brief. However, the Court establishes the following briefing schedule: (1) the appellant's substituted brief to be received by this Court on or before February 16, 2016, and (2) the State's responsive brief to be received by this Court within fifteen days of the date the appellant's substituted brief is filed by this Court. Absent extraordinarily unusual circumstances, no further extensions of time will be granted for either side.
