Opinion
Case No. SC02-1090.
October 9, 2002.
Lower Tribunal Case No. 3D01-3172
ORDER
Petitioner has filed a petition for writ of mandamus. To the extent that petitioner seeks mandamus relief, the petition is hereby denied. See Huffman v. State, 813 So.2d 10, 11 (Fla. 2000) (noting that to be entitled to the extraordinary writ of mandamus the petitioner must have a clear legal right to the requested relief, the respondent must have an indisputable legal duty to perform the requested action, and the petitioner must have no other adequate remedy available). To the extent that petitioner seeks to disqualify district court judges, the petition is dismissed without prejudice for petitioner to file an appropriate petition when the matter is ripe for review. Petitioner has filed two motions "for leave to file documents." The motions are hereby granted.
