Ponds Homeowners Assoc., Inc. v. the Ponds, Inc.

Appellate Court of Connecticut
Mar 16, 1993
621 A.2d 327 (Conn. App. Ct. 1993)

Opinion

(11342)

Argued February 23, 1993

Decision released March 16, 1993

Application for a prejudgment attachment on certain of the defendants' real property, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of New Haven, where the court, DeMayo, J., granted the application, and the defendants appealed to this court. Affirmed.

Thomas E. Crosby, for the appellants (defendants).

Richard F. Connors, for the appellee (plaintiff).

After thorough review of the record and briefs, and hearing oral argument, we conclude that the granting of the prejudgment remedy by the trial court was supported by probable cause and its issuance was, therefore, not clearly erroneous. Anderson v. Nedovich, 19 Conn. App. 85, 91, 561 A.2d 948 (1989).
