From the 399th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas
Trial Court No. 2018CR5316
Honorable Frank J. Castro, Judge Presiding

ORDER

On April 27, 2020, appellant filed a motion to supplement and amend his brief. The State of Texas has not opposed the motion. See Tex. R. App. P. 10.3. Accordingly, we GRANT appellant's motion. Although we grant appellant's motion to supplement his brief, upon submission, we will consider only those documents that are properly included in the appellate record or before this court. See Burke v. Ins. Auto Auctions Corp., 169 S.W.3d 771, 775 (Tex. App.—Dallas 2005, pet. denied) (refusing to consider documents in the appellant's appendices that were not properly included in the appellate record or before the court). It is ORDERED that the State's brief is due no later than thirty days from the date of this order.
