Steve Ponce & Cynthia Pizano Petitioners v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue Respondent


ORDER

Elizabeth A. Copeland Judge

On February 4, 2022, respondent filed with the Court a Status Report which indicated that a basis of settlement had been reached in the case and the proposed decision had been sent to petitioners. Petitioner Cynthia Pizano signed and returned the proposed decision document; respondent's counsel requested thirty days to obtain a signature from petitioner Steve Ponce and file the document with the Court.

After due consideration, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that, on or before March 14, 2022, the parties shall submit decision documents or file either separate or joint status reports with the Court as to the then present status of this case.
