On November 8, 2021, petitioner Magaly Ponce filed the petition to commence this case, seeking review of a joint notice of deficiency issued to her and her spouse, Albert Ponce. On February 2, 2022, Albert Ponce lodged a ratification of petition in which he seeks to be added as a petitioner in this case. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before October 21, 2022, petitioner shall file a response to this Order and therein set forth and fully discuss whether she intended to include Albert Ponce as a petitioner when the petition to commence this case was filed.
